After Just One Thing is an optional 15-minute Zoom follow-up, usually booked several weeks after your Just One Thing session. It gives us a little time to check in on how things have been and what has been useful for you. The session is paid for as part of the SST package, but late cancellation (within 72 hrs of the appointment) or non-attendance will be counted as the follow-up session having been allocated and used. Any further follow-up session will be charged for.
